Villanueva de San Carlos opens its solar plant for public consultation

The City Council of Villanueva de San Carlos has opened for public review the project and specifications for the administrative concession for the private use of a public domain asset, upon which a 42 kWp rooftop photovoltaic installation is planned. The decision is formalized through Mayoral Resolution No. 9/2026, dated October 6, 2026, and is announced in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 194, dated October 8, 2026, under announcement number 3256. Interested parties have a period of thirty days to appear and submit allegations.
