Vilariño de Conso abre axudas de 300 euros a autónomos para cotizacións

The Vilariño de Conso City Council has announced grants of up to 300 euros per beneficiary to cover Social Security contributions for self-employed workers in the municipality during 2026. The call was approved by Mayoral Decree on October 15, 2026, and published as an extract of the regulatory bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on November 2, 2026, in section IV of Local Entities (official reference number 352966, R. 2.493). The deadline for submitting applications will close on November 30, 2026.

A credit of 13,000 euros with pro-rata distribution

The grants will be financed from budget item 414/480 of the municipal budget, with a maximum credit of 13,000.00 euros for the 2026 fiscal year. The individual amount may not exceed 300.00 euros per beneficiary.

If the number of admitted persons multiplied by this maximum amount exceeds the available credit, the contribution for each person will be subject to the corresponding pro-rata distribution, so that the total amount granted never exceeds the allocated 13,000 euros. In the case of persons who register as new self-employed workers during 2026, the grant will be calculated based on the period of registration and the contributions effectively paid and justified; if the justified amount is less than 300 euros, the subsidy will be limited to that amount.

The call is processed by competition, and the instruction of the procedure corresponds to the person performing the functions of employment technician for the Vilariño de Conso City Council.

Who can apply

Beneficiaries may be self-employed workers or self-employed entrepreneurs, including those in the agricultural and livestock sector, who carry out a legally constituted productive economic activity and, if applicable, are registered in the corresponding registry. The specific requirements are:

  • To have the tax and social domicile in the Vilariño de Conso City Council during any period of the year 2026.
  • To be registered on the census (empadronadas) and effectively reside in the municipality for at least the year immediately preceding the date of publication of the call; the City Council will verify this requirement ex officio.
  • No more than one person per family unit may be a beneficiary, regardless of the number of members who meet the other requirements.

Agricultural, livestock, and self-employed contributions

The objective of the subsidy is to assist in the payment of Social Security contributions, both in the special agricultural and livestock regime and in the general self-employed regime. The purpose stated in the bases is to facilitate the establishment and further consolidation of agricultural, livestock, and business projects carried out by self-employed individuals in the municipality, in order to contribute to their competitive improvement.

The extract was published in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general subsidies law, and the information of the call is registered in the National Subsidy Database with the identifier BDNS 935720, where the full text of the rules can be consulted. The publication in the provincial bulletin occurs after the BDNS made the extract available to the Official Bulletin of the Province of Ourense.

The announcement is signed by the mayor, Melisa Macía Domínguez, in Vilariño de Conso on October 16, 2026.

Impact on the local productive fabric

The call reaches a mountain municipality in which agricultural and livestock activity sustains a large part of self-employment, therefore the line is designed to reach both already operating farms and those incorporating into the activity during this year. The aid, limited to 300 euros per family unit, covers part of the fixed cost represented by the monthly contribution and requires justification of the paid quotas.

With the deadline open only until November 30, interested parties must gather the supporting documentation of the activity, the tax address, and the census registration before that date so as not to lose a contribution that, in total, reaches a municipal budget of 13,000 euros.
