Vilamarín approves credit modification of 76,517 euros

The Vilamarín City Council has definitively approved the credit modification file no. 1/2026 of the current municipal budget, for a total amount of 76,517.17 euros. The agreement was adopted by the Plenary in the session held on August 3, 2026, and its official publication takes place in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on September 14, 2026.
The modification, which readjusts personnel expenditure and investment items, is processed under the provisions of article 177.2 in relation to 169.3 of Legislative Royal Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the revised text of the Law regulating local finances. The document bears the reference R. 2.112 and is signed by the mayor, Amador Vázquez Vázquez, dated August 31, 2026.

The total sum of the budget amounts to 1,691,517.17 euros.
Scope of the modification
File no. 1/2026 entails a readjustment of the municipal accounts that directly affects the economic management of the council and, in particular, the items destined for personnel and real investments. The operation falls within the faculty that local regime legislation grants to corporations to adapt the budget to needs that arise during its validity.
The definitive publication in the official gazette fulfills the public information procedure and gives full effect to the modification, such that the adjusted items are enabled for their execution within the fiscal year.
