Vila-sana puts out to tender the LED video scoreboard for the municipal sports hall

The Vila-sana City Council has approved, by Mayoral Decree, the tender file for the contract for the supply, transport, installation, configuration, operational testing, and commissioning of an LED scoreboard destined for the municipal sports hall. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida number 161, edict 7119, dated August 24, 2026, with official reference BOP-2026_0_161_7119.

The procurement is processed in accordance with Annex III, section 4, of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, and is carried out under the simplified open procedure with ordinary processing. The file, number 293/2026, is processed by the council itself, with NIF 2525210007, and was signed by the mayor Jaume Caballé Masó on August 18, 2026.

Object and budget of the contract

The object of the contract is the supply and commissioning of an LED scoreboard for the municipal sports hall, with an execution period of 2 months and the place of execution in Vila-sana. The base tender budget is broken down as follows:

• Base budget (excluding VAT): €20,455.62
• VAT (21%): €4,295.68
• Base budget (including VAT): €24,751.30
• Estimated value of the contract: €20,455.62

No provisional guarantee is required, while the definitive guarantee will be 5% of the award price, excluding VAT.

Award criteria and submission of bids

The award will be made based on the best quality-price ratio, with the following criteria established in the Particular Administrative Clauses:

• Economic offer: up to 60 points
• Extension of the warranty period: up to 20 points
• Reduction of the execution period: up to 10 points
• Preventive maintenance during the warranty period: up to 10 points

Bids shall be submitted exclusively by electronic means through the procurement platform, within a period of 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the announcement on the Contractor Profile. Variants are not permitted, and the opening of the proposals will also be carried out by electronic means.
