Ávila opens environmental license process for sports center in Inmaculada

The Ávila City Council has opened the public information process for the environmental license requested for the installation of a sports improvement center at Avenida Inmaculada, 48, local 9, in the capital of Ávila. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila number 177, dated September 14, 2026, and grants those who consider themselves affected a period of ten days to submit written observations.

The application was submitted on June 5, 2026, by Mr. Darío Muñoz del Saz, acting on his own behalf, and is registered under file number 128/2026. The edict, signed in Ávila on August 20, 2026, bears number 1733/26 and is being processed through the City Council’s Department of Urban Planning.

Regulatory Framework
