Por FactBox Admin

Retten i Viborg has placed Universal Services ApS under bankruptcy proceedings by decree of 11 September 2026, as published in the Danish official gazette Statstidende on 15 September 2026. The company, registered under CVR number 43634674 and based at Erhvervsparken 9, 8882 Fårvang, entered insolvency after a petition received by the court on 1 September 2026.
The bankruptcy notice appears in the “konkursboer” (bankruptcy estates) section of the gazette under reference S11092026-89, case number SKS 5-298/2026. The court has appointed lawyer Henrik Tinggaard of Resenvej 83, 7800 Skive, as trustee (kurator) of the estate.
The bankruptcy order
The decree was issued by Retten i Viborg on 11 September 2026, following a bankruptcy petition received on 1 September 2026. The court’s decision brings the Fårvang-based service company under formal insolvency administration, with the trustee taking control of the estate’s assets and liabilities.
Under the terms of the notice, the estate is now open for creditor participation. Any request concerning the choice of trustee or the appointment of a creditors’ committee must be submitted in writing to the bankruptcy court (skifteretten) within three weeks of the publication of the notice.
Claims and deadlines for creditors
Creditors holding a claim or other demand against the debtor are called upon to file their claims with the trustee within four weeks of the notice’s publication. Claims must be stated as valued on 11 September 2026 and should be accompanied by supporting documentation.
- Deadline for filing claims: within 4 weeks of publication
- Claims valued as of: 11 September 2026
- Documentation: claims should be accompanied by evidence
- Trustee: lawyer Henrik Tinggaard, Resenvej 83, 7800 Skive
- Bankruptcy court: Retten i Viborg
The four-week window gives suppliers, service-sector clients and other counterparties in the Fårvang area a defined period to register their outstanding receivables with the estate.
Impact for the local business community
The insolvency of Universal Services ApS affects service-sector clients and suppliers in and around Fårvang, who must now pursue their claims through the formal bankruptcy process rather than direct collection. The appointment of a trustee and the fixed filing deadline are intended to ensure an orderly distribution of the estate’s assets among verified creditors.
For affected parties, the practical step is to submit a documented claim to Henrik Tinggaard within the four-week period, as late or undocumented claims may not be admitted to the estate. The case now proceeds under the supervision of Retten i Viborg until the estate is wound up.
