Vialidad tenders consultancy for fiscal inspection of the Route 15 CH improvement

The Road Directorate, under the Undersecretariat of Public Works of the Ministry of Public Works, has opened a public tender to contract advisory services for the fiscal inspection of the improvement of Route 15 CH, Tarapacá–Alto Pachica access sector, in the commune of Huara, province of Tamarugal, Tarapacá region. The call is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile No. 44,538, dated Monday, August 31, 2026, in Section IV of Tenders, Competitions, Summons, and Loss of Documents, with the official reference CVE 2862853.

The call is conducted through the www.mercadopublico.cl platform, with an official budget of $1,105,380,000 (excluding VAT) and $1,315,402,200 (including VAT), financed with sectoral resources. The contract, identified on the portal as 5048-50-O126 (work ID 5048-26-O126), has an execution period of 27 months and will be awarded under the unit price modality with adjustment according to CPI variation.

Object of the contract

The advisory consists of the supervision of the route improvement contract through the application of an integral solution that includes various road works. The official notice details the technical components of the project:

• Geometric layout of the road.
• River defenses.
• Asphalt concrete pavement.
• Sanitation.
• Road safety and other associated works.

The intervened section corresponds to the kilometric boundaries DM 20.000.00 to DM 32.220.00, and the contract is identified by code SAFI 426.980 and code BIP 40020526-0.

To participate, interested parties must download the tender documents from www.mercadopublico.cl and have a current registration in the MOP Registry, in Specialty 7.1 Road Works and Airports, in First Superior Category. The process includes the following calendar:

• Responses: October 2, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
• Clarifications: October 15, 2026, at 8:00 PM.
• Closing of technical and economic bid reception: October 16, 2026, at 11:30 AM.
