Verallia Spain obtains regional incentives from the Government following July agreement

Verallia Spain SA has been granted the regional incentives provided for in Law 50/1985, of December 27, by agreement of the Government Delegated Commission for Economic Affairs dated July 13, 2026. The decision has been entered into the Mercantile Registry and is published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 185, of September 24, 2026, under act number 428267 and file GU/298/P03.

The announcement appears in the First Section of the BORME —“Entrepreneurs, Registered Acts”—, under the heading corresponding to Madrid, and responds to the obligation to record public aid received by companies in the Mercantile Registry. Background: a second aid for Verallia Spain

This is not the first time the company has appeared in the BORME for this reason. On January 28, 2020, the gazette published the granting of regional incentives to Verallia Spain SA by resolution of the Government Delegated Commission for Economic Affairs of October 24, 2019, with file GU/248/P03 and registration data T 5810, F 42, S 8, H M 95028, I/A 422M.

This mechanism is common in the gazette: other companies have registered equivalent grants under the same law, such as Bardusch SA, with file GU/291/P03 and ministerial order of December 2, 2025, published on February 2, 2026.

Scope of the published information

The BORME announcement is limited to providing a registry record of the agreement and the file number. It does not detail the amount of the subsidy, the beneficiary investment project, nor the conditions associated with the aid.
