Ventalló definitively approves the paving of downtown streets

The Ventalló City Council has definitively approved the project for the paving and improvement of several streets in the center of the municipality, a public work of local interest with a contract execution budget of 160,391.50 euros (VAT included). The agreement, adopted by the Corporation’s plenary session, was made public via an edict in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya (DOGC) number 9743, dated September 2, 2026, with official reference CVE-DOGC-A-26238038-2026.

Definitive approval without claims

The project, drafted by Mr. Martí Corominas Blanch, was initially approved by the Corporation’s plenary session in an ordinary session held on June 18, 2026. As no claims were submitted during the public exhibition period, the agreement was automatically elevated to definitive status, as established by the regulations for works and activities of local entities.

The publication of the edict is carried out in accordance with article 38.2 of Decree 179/1995, of June 13, which approves the Regulations for Works, activities and services of local entities. The announcement was disseminated simultaneously in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, the DOGC, on the notice board, and on the City Council’s website.

A project for the center of the municipality

The intervention provides for the paving and improvement of several streets in the urban center of Ventalló, an action that seeks to renovate the public space and improve the quality of life for residents. The contract execution budget of 160,391.50 euros, including VAT, covers the entirety of the planned works.
