Por FactBox Admin

The Venialbo City Council has initially approved the project to replace the water supply networks in the municipality, with an amount of 30,000.00 euros funded by the Provincial Council of Zamora. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora No. 121, dated October 14, 2026, in section III (Local Administration), page 32, and opens a period of twenty business days for interested parties to submit allegations.
The initial approval was formalized by mayoral decree on October 8, 2026, as stated in the announcement signed in Venialbo on that same day. The technical project is titled «Project for the replacement of supply networks in Venialbo (Armas, Bodegas, and Estudio streets)» and was drafted on October 6, 2026, by the civil engineer Eduardo Vidal Rodríguez.
The action is part of the provincial investment line intended to renovate water supply infrastructures in the province’s municipalities. The official text specifies that the work is financed «through a public call by the Provincial Council of Zamora for the selection of water supply network renovation works, 2026 annuity».
A public information process of twenty business days
The file is submitted for public information in accordance with the provisions of Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The period begins to count from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora.
During this period, any interested party may examine the documentation and formulate the allegations they deem appropriate. The announcement details the following consultation channels:
- Municipal offices of the Venialbo City Council.
- Municipal electronic office: http://venialbo.sedelectronica.es.
Final approval if there are no allegations
The announcement establishes that, upon completion of the public exhibition period, if no allegations have been submitted to the initial approval, the project «will be considered definitively approved». In other words, the processing does not require a subsequent express pronouncement from the municipal body if the file receives no claims.
The document incorporates the electronic validation system of the municipal management platform, with the code 9DPS3PP35HSL6WZ6YA4GZFYC6, and the official reference R-202602377.
Similar works in other municipalities of the province
The intervention in Venialbo shares a scheme with other supply network renovation actions published this autumn in the same provincial gazette. Among them are:
- Domez de Alba, with a base tender budget of 24,793.39 euros plus VAT, up to a total of 30,000 euros.
- Pajares de la Lampreana, for the streets of Cárcaba, Rodera, Norte, and Toril, with a total general budget of 30,000 euros.
- Riofrío de Aliste, Abejera de Tábara, and Sarracín de Aliste, with a public exhibition period of twenty days.
Several of these projects share the same drafting engineer, Eduardo Vidal Rodríguez, reflecting a coordinated line of work between the town councils and the provincial institution.
Impact for residents
The replacement of the pipelines in the streets of Armas, Bodegas, and Estudio seeks to improve the water supply for the residents of Venialbo, a municipality in the Tierra del Vino region. The renovation of pipes reduces network losses and breakdowns associated with the aging of the facilities, with full financing from the Provincial Council of Zamora within its 2026 call. Residents and any interested party have twenty business days from the date of publication to consult the project and submit allegations before the initial approval becomes final.
