The sale of state property at 3 Lāčplēša Street in Riga has been approved by order

The Cabinet of Ministers, by Order No. 522, has decided to sell the state-owned real estate at 3 Lāčplēša iela, Riga. The decision was published in the September 4, 2026, issue No. 170 of Latvijas Vēstnesis (official publication number OP 2026/170).

Content of the Decision

The order provides for the alienation of state real estate in the center of the capital. Lāčplēša iela is one of the streets of Riga’s historical center; therefore, the transaction is a significant step in the management of state assets.
