Valluércanes abre 30 días de información pública para su tasa de documentos

The Valluércanes City Council has provisionally approved the regulatory ordinance for the fee for the issuance of administrative documents and is submitting the text for public consultation for 30 business days. The agreement was adopted by the municipal Plenary in its session on September 11, 2026, and is announced in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos number 186, of Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in section III. Local Administration, page 20, with official reference BOPBUR-2026-04033. The period begins to count the day following the insertion of the announcement in the provincial gazette.

The processing complies with Article 49 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, which requires local ordinances to be subject to public exhibition before their final approval. The file remains available to any natural or legal person at the city council Secretariat, where they may examine it and submit any claims and suggestions they deem appropriate. The announcement was signed in Valluércanes on September 11, 2026, by the mayor, Raúl Caño Pérez.

What the new ordinance regulates and who it affects

The regulation creates the fee that will be charged for the issuance of municipal administrative documents, that is, for the procedures that residents request from the city council and which generate administrative activity at the request of a party. The full text of the project is published on the municipal web portal, the electronic office, and the notice board, so that interested parties can know its content before submitting allegations.

Deadlines and effects of the agreement

The hearing period for affected citizens begins when the public information starts in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos and ends at the same moment it concludes. During those 30 business days, both claims and suggestions, as well as additional contributions from other persons or entities, are admitted.

If no claim is submitted during the public exhibition, the plenary agreement will be considered final, in accordance with Article 49.2 in fine of Law 7/1985, of April 2. Otherwise, the file must be resolved before the ordinance comes into force.

A widespread practice in the province

That of Valluércanes joins a series of tax ordinances on the issuance of administrative documents processed this year by town councils in the province of Burgos. Among the announcements published in recent weeks are those of La Horra, whose ordinance was definitively approved after no claims were registered (BOPBUR-2026-03864, September 18, 2026), Piérnigas (BOPBUR-2026-03462, August 18, 2026), Anguix (BOPBUR-2026-03457, August 18, 2026), Peñaranda de Duero (BOPBUR-2026-03374, August 13, 2026), and Pancorbo (BOPBUR-2026-03370, August 13, 2026).

In the same plenary session on September 11, the Valluércanes Town Council reported on the credit modification file number 3/2026, with extraordinary credit and credit supplement, financed from the liquid Treasury surplus and displayed to the public for fifteen business days (BOPBUR-2026-04034).

The new fee directly affects residents who request certificates, copies, or other municipal documents, as it sets the amount they must pay for these procedures. The period now open is the only formal opportunity for residents and local entities to raise objections to the text before the ordinance becomes final and begins to be applied.
