Valencia de Don Juan opens the semi-enclosure of its multifunctional track for public consultation

The City Council of Valencia de Don Juan has opened for public review the project for the semi-perimeter enclosure of the multifunctional court, a sports project with a total budget amounting to 83,692.00 euros including VAT. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León, number 166, dated September 1, 2026, with reference BOP-LE-2026-166006.

The action was approved by Agreement of the Local Government Board in an ordinary session held on August 19, 2026, under file 12/2026. The project, signed by the municipal Architect, is now open for a period of twenty days so that any interested party may submit allegations, in accordance with Article 83 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.

A sports project of 83,692 euros

The project involves the semi-perimeter enclosure of the municipality’s multifunctional court, a facility intended for sports practice. The budget is broken down into an estimated value of 69,166.94 euros, to which VAT is added, reaching a total of 83,692.00 euros.

Deadline and method for allegations

During the public information period, which is calculated from the day following the publication of the announcement in the gazette, the project may be examined by any interested party at the municipal offices and on the city council’s electronic headquarters. Allegations may be submitted through the municipal Transparency Portal, where the document remains available to the public.
