Valderrueda tenders 54 hectares of rustic estates for five agricultural campaigns

The Minor Local Entity of Valderrueda (Soria) has opened a public tender for the lease of rustic estates under its ownership, with a total area of 54.09 hectares destined for agricultural cultivation and 54.41 basic payment entitlements from the CAP. The announcement, processed under file EXPTE 27/2026, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Soria no. 123, corresponding to Monday, October 26, 2026, with the official reference BOPSO-123-26102026. Interested parties have ten business days, counting from the day following the publication, to submit their proposals.

An upward tender with a minimum rent of 8,113.50 euros

The procedure is resolved by tender with a single award criterion: the highest price offered upward. The bidding rate sets a minimum price of 150.00 euros per hectare per year, resulting in a base annual rent of 8,113.50 euros, an amount that bidders may improve. The base tender budget amounts to 40,567.50 euros, equivalent to the total for the five planned annual periods.

The duration of the contract is five non-extendable agricultural campaigns, which will follow between the following years:

• 2026-2027
• 2027-2028
• 2028-2029
• 2029-2030
• 2030-2031

Each campaign will comprise the period between September 1 and August 31 of the following year, as detailed in the regulatory specifications of the file.

Guarantees and submission of bids

The announcement requires bidders to provide three types of guarantees, calculated based on the award price:

• Provisional guarantee: 1,217.03 euros.
• Definitive guarantee: 5% of the award price referring to the five annual periods.
• Complementary guarantee: 20% of the award price referring to the five annual periods.

Bids are to be submitted manually at the Fuentepinilla City Council, Plaza Mayor no. 18, CP 42294, Fuentepinilla (Soria), during office hours on Mondays and Tuesdays, from 9:00 to 15:00. The deadline ends at 12:00 hours on the tenth business day following the publication of the announcement. Proposals must be delivered in two sealed envelopes: Envelope A, containing the administrative documentation, and Envelope B, containing the economic proposal.
