Valdepeñas publishes the provisional lists for the position of Festivities Collaborator

The Valdepeñas City Council has approved the provisional lists of admitted and excluded applicants for the position of Festivities Collaborator, group C2, called for open competition. The resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real no. 185, dated September 25, 2026, under announcement number 3064, and opens the correction process for those who have been excluded. The agreement is issued based on the resolution proposal PR/2026/9082, dated September 23, 2026.

The rules of the call were published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real no. 113, dated June 17, 2026, with subsequent modifications in no. 129, dated July 9, 2026. Point 5.1 of those rules requires the City Council to approve the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants once the application deadline has closed, a procedure now formalized under article 21.1 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of Local Government.

The call corresponds to permanent contractual staff and is resolved through an open competition system. After examining the submitted applications, the City Council has evaluated a total of 49 requests: 14 applicants are listed as admitted and 35 as excluded.

Correction process and submission methods

The announcement includes a correction process for applications with two specified causes for exclusion and their corresponding method of remedy:

• Qualification: failure to provide the required qualification or authorize the Administration to consult it; this is corrected by providing the qualification required for the position.
• Application Form: failure to submit the application using the official form via the electronic office; this is corrected by submitting the official form in the “Procedures Catalog” menu, under the “Selection Processes” category.

Requests for correction must be submitted electronically through the electronic office of the Valdepeñas City Council (valdepenas.sedelectronica.es) or the Common Electronic Registry of the General Access Point of the Administration (rec.redsara.es).

The publication of these provisional lists is the preliminary step before the final resolution of admitted and excluded candidates and, subsequently, the holding of the competitive examination. Excluded applicants who do not remedy their application will be removed from the selection process, while the 14 admitted candidates maintain their position for the permanent post of Festivities Collaborator of the Valdepeñas City Council.
