Valdés auctions four municipal vehicles with starting bids from 100 euros

The Valdés City Council has opened a public ascending auction for four municipal vehicles declared as unusable assets, with minimum starting bids ranging from 100 to 4,000 euros. The call is promoted by the council’s Local Government Board and is published in the Official Gazette of the Principality of Asturias (BOPA) no. 205, dated October 22, 2026, section IV (Local Administration), with official reference 2026-08362 and file CON/2025/66.

The operation is processed as the disposal of movable property through a public ascending auction, structured via an ordinary file and an open procedure, meaning any interested private individual may participate. The announcement identifies the assets with CPV codes 34100000 (motor vehicles) and 90510000 (waste disposal and treatment), and the contracting authority is the Local Government Board of the Valdés City Council.

Four lots with widely varying starting prices

The auction is divided into four independent lots, each with its own minimum bidding amount, set in net terms, excluding taxes and fees:

• Lot no. 1: Lamborghini agricultural/forestry tractor, license plate E-1044-BFK, with a starting price of 4,000.00 euros.
• Lot no. 2: Nissan Terrano II 2.7 Tdi Confort all-terrain vehicle, license plate 0179 FVG, starting from 800.00 euros.
• Lot no. 3: Peugeot Partner 1.9 d Combi Pro combi van, license plate O-3792-BY, starting from 100.00 euros.
• Lot no. 4: Ford Transit 2.4 Tdi Cargo Van, license plate 0298 BKP, starting from 250.00 euros.

The tractor accounts for nearly 78% of the total starting value, while the Peugeot van is the cheapest lot, with a starting price of just 100 euros.

No guarantees required and one month to submit bids

The specifications do not require a provisional guarantee nor do they establish the obligation to deposit a definitive guarantee, “given the characteristics of the present contract.” Bids may be submitted manually or electronically, in accordance with the provisions of the specific administrative clauses.

The submission period is 30 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the call in the BOPA, therefore concluding on November 21, 2026. Expenses derived from legally mandatory publications and announcements shall be borne exclusively by the contract awardee.
