Vaddin Recycle 2 Rent increases capital by 14.4 million and debuts new board

Vaddin Recycle 2 Rent, S.L. has increased its capital by 14,400,000 euros and has established a board of directors chaired by José-Ángel Oses Liso, according to the registered acts published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) no. 183, dated September 22, 2026.
