Utrera approves the waste and vehicle registries for the second semester

The Utrera City Council has approved, by means of the Mayoral Decree of August 26, 2026, the tax registers corresponding to the fees for the provision of waste collection services and for vehicle entry via sidewalks and the reservation of public road space for driveways, corresponding to the second half of 2026. The approval affects taxpayers in Utrera and its districts of Guadalema de los Quintero, Trajano, and Pinzón, who must adhere to the exhibition calendar and the appeal deadlines detailed below.

Public Exhibition and Consultation of the Register

For a period of 15 days, the register will be available to interested parties at the City Council’s Revenue Management Department, located at Plaza de Gibaxa number 1. During this period, taxpayers may consult their data and, if applicable, submit any allegations they deem appropriate.

Appeal for Reversal

The appeal is based on Article 14.2.c of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Recast Text of the Law regulating Local Treasuries.
