Opening of the public information process

The announcement subjects the regulation to public information for a period of thirty days, which begins to count from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. • Forms 1 to 20.

What happens if there are no allegations

If no claims or suggestions are presented during the public information period, the ordinance may be understood as definitively approved. In the event that claims, allegations, or suggestions are registered, they must be resolved by the Plenary, which must also express itself explicitly regarding the definitive approval of the text.
