Urvial announces 1,500 euro grants to equip housing for young people

Urvial, Sociedad de Gestión Urbanística, S.L.U. has announced grants of 1,500 euros per home so that young people who purchase a house in the municipality of Albacete can cover their furnishing costs. The call for applications was approved by the company’s Board of Directors on August 27, 2026, and is published as an extract in the Official Gazette of the province of Albacete on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, under the identifier BDNS 930146. The application period will remain open from the day following that publication until January 31, 2027.

The announcement is based on articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the General Subsidies Law 38/2003, of November 17, which require the publication of an extract of the call and refer to the full text deposited in the National Subsidies Database. The regulatory bases were approved by the Board of Directors of Urvial, S.L.U. and are published on the entity’s electronic office. Beneficiary Requirements

• Natural persons over 18 years old and under 37 years old.
• Registered (empadronadas) in the municipality of Albacete and in the acquired home.
• With Spanish nationality or from a European Union member state; non-EU foreigners must prove legal residence.
• With a regular source of income and without exceeding the income limits referred to the IPREM.
• Comply with the remaining requirements provided for in the regulatory bases.

Amount and Eligible Expenses

The grant amounts to 1,500 euros per home purchased and will be made effective through a payment card usable in affiliated stores. The covered expenses are those for furnishing the property:

• Furniture.
• Household appliances.
• Lighting.
• Decoration.
• Home textiles.
• Kitchenware.
• Bathroom items.

Purchases must be made in affiliated establishments with an open premises in Albacete, which links the subsidy to the city’s local commerce.

Housing, Deadline, and Application Method

Only homes acquired via public deed between June 30, 2025, and December 31, 2026, located within the municipal district of Albacete and whose value does not exceed 280,000 euros, taxes included, will be eligible for the grant.
