Tourism announces the 2026 Hospitality Voucher with 3.9 million for the DANA

Turisme Comunitat Valenciana has announced the grants for the “Bono hostaleria 2026” program, endowed with 3,900,000 euros, to incentivize consumption in bars and restaurants in the Valencian municipalities affected by the DANA of October 2024. The call is organized as part of the “Endavant” plan and is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV) No. 10460, of September 28, 2026, through the resolution of September 21, 2026, from the Presidency of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana (reference DOGV-C-2026-30143).

The program is part of the Recovery and Reconstruction Plan of the Comunitat Valenciana ("Endavant" plan), approved by the Consell via agreement on July 31, 2025, and within the strategic pillar of support for affected persons. The regulatory bases are those of Decree 4/2017, of March 31, of the President of the Generalitat, modified by Decree 6/2023, of April 26. The resolution is signed by Marian Cano García, president of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, and its summary is published with reference DOGV-C-2026-30044 and identification BDNS 930992.

A voucher of up to 50 euros per person

• Each grant will have a maximum subsidizable value of 50.00 euros per beneficiary natural person.
• The subsidy covers 50% of the amount effectively paid and justified in participating establishments.
• To obtain the maximum amount, it will be necessary to justify consumption for an amount equal to or greater than 100.00 euros.
• Each ticket or simplified invoice must have a minimum amount of 20.00 euros; multiple receipts are permitted within the subsidizable period.
• Payment must be made entirely by bank card owned by the beneficiary; cash payments are not accepted.
• Each natural person may only be the beneficiary of one grant, and payment will be made by transfer within an estimated period of thirty days after technical justification.
• The grants are compatible with other subsidies, provided that the total does not exceed the price of the service, and the amount received is taxable under Personal Income Tax.

Requirements for residents and establishments

The voucher may be requested by adults registered (empadronadas) in any of the municipalities and districts included in Annex I of the resolution, who must provide the registration certificate and be the holders of the bank account indicated in the application.

Establishments wishing to join must comply, among other requirements:

• Be open to the public and physically located in one of the municipalities or districts listed in Annex I.
• Be registered for the Economic Activities Tax (IAE) under headings 671.1 to 671.5 (restaurants), 672.1 to 672.3 (cafeterias), 673.1 and 673.2 (cafes and bars), or 676 (chocolate shops, ice cream parlors, and horchaterías).
• Have a payment terminal (physical POS or operational card reader) and adequate digital connectivity.
• Formalize membership via the form on the program’s official website, recuperemhosteleriaturismecv.gva.es, with a responsible declaration and census certificate.

Calendar: from October 1 to December 15

• Establishment membership: from October 1 to October 31, 2026, both inclusive.
• Submission of applications: from October 15, 2026, at 09:00 hours until the credit is exhausted and, at the latest, until November 30, 2026.
• Consumption and use of the voucher: from the publication of the award resolution until December 13, 2026.
• Submission of expense justifications: until December 15, 2026.

The award is processed under a competitive bidding regime, and the sole granting criterion is the order of valid formalization of the application, until the budget allocation is exhausted. Unattended applications will be placed on a reserve list, and the incorporation of new beneficiaries may take place until November 30, 2026, at the latest.

Territorial Scope: nearly a hundred municipalities

Annex I lists the municipalities affected by the DANA that may join the program, including Alaquàs, Albal, Aldaia, Alfafar, Algemesí, Alzira, Buñol, Catarroja, Chiva, Cullera, Manises, Mislata, Paiporta, Paterna, Picanya, Quart de Poblet, Requena, Riba-roja de Túria, Sedaví, Silla, Sueca, Tavernes de la Valldigna, Torrent, Utiel, Xirivella, and Yátova.

In the case of València, the southern districts are included: Faitanar, La Torre, Forn d’Alcedo, Castellar-Oliveral, Pinedo, El Saler, El Perellonet, and El Palmar. In Loriguilla, the scope is limited to the urban center next to the A3.

The call seeks to reactivate hospitality activity, strengthen the business fabric, and stabilize tourism employment in the area hardest hit by the DANA, as well as recover local consumption habits. For residents of these municipalities, it represents a direct incentive of up to 50 euros for their consumption, while hospitality business owners have one month to join and thus attract the program’s beneficiaries.
