Trois concours fédéraux ouverts pour la Régie des Bâtiments et les mutualités

The FPS Strategy and Support (FPS BOSA) has published three comparative selections reserved for Dutch-speaking candidates in the Belgian Official Gazette (Moniteur belge) No. 240 of October 21, 2026, page 56864. The notices, listed under the “Official Notices” section, bear the references 2026/202717, 2026/202709, and 2026/202705. Applications are open as of October 21, with deadlines set for November 9 or 18, 2026, depending on the position.

Three positions, two administrations

The procedures concern two distinct federal bodies and three different levels of appointment:

  • ANG26310 — Accounting Experts (m/f/x), level B, for the Mutualities Control Office (reference 2026/202717).
  • ANG26325 — Facility Managers (m/f/x), level A2, for the Buildings Agency (reference 2026/202709).
  • ANG26326 — Financial Assistants (m/f/x), level C, for the Buildings Agency (reference 2026/202705).

The Buildings Agency accounts for two of the three selections, at two distinct levels: a middle management profile (A2) and an execution profile (C). For its part, the Mutualities Control Office is recruiting for a level B profile with an accounting focus, within an administration responsible for the supervision of the mutualities sector.

Two deadlines, one single platform

The deadlines are not uniform and require a distinction between the files:

  • ANG26310 (accounting experts): from October 21 to November 9, 2026, inclusive.
  • ANG26326 (financial assistants): from October 21 to November 9, 2026, inclusive.
  • ANG26325 (facility managers): from October 21 to November 18, 2026, inclusive, providing one additional week.

Applications must be submitted exclusively online, via www.werkenvoor.be for the Dutch version and www.travaillerpour.be for the French version. No paper applications are provided for in the published notices.

Job description and lists of successful candidates

For each selection, the full job description — position content, participation conditions, selection procedure — is available from FPS BOSA on the same portals. The candidate must enter the selection number (ANG26310, ANG26325, or ANG26326) into the site’s search engine to find the corresponding notice.

At the end of each procedure, a list of successful candidates valid for one year will be established. Additionally, a specific list of successful candidates with a disability is provided; it remains valid for four years. These lists constitute the reserve from which the relevant administrations may draw for their subsequent appointments.

A continuous flow of federal selections

The simultaneous publication of three notices confirms the steady pace of Dutch-speaking federal selections: during the same week, on October 15, the FPS BOSA had already announced logistics director positions for the Federal Pensions Service (selection ANG26316). Furthermore, the Belgian Official Gazette of October 21, 2026, 196th year, contains other personnel notices, including the call from the FPS Justice for the composition of disciplinary courts and their courts of appeal.

Scope

For Dutch-speaking candidates interested in the federal civil service, the stakes are twofold: securing a position in two administrations with high budgetary and real estate visibility, and joining a recruitment reserve valid for one year, or even four years for persons with disabilities. The schedule is tight: nineteen days for the two selections on November 9, and twenty-eight for the one on November 18.
