Trois concours DGCCRF 2027 pour recruter des inspecteurs de la concurrence

The DGCCRF (General Directorate for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control) is organizing, for the year 2027, three competitive examinations for the recruitment of inspectors of competition, consumption, and fraud control. The opening of these examinations is authorized by the decree of September 8, 2026 (NOR ECOC2619017A), published in the Official Journal of the French Republic No. 0211 of September 10, 2026, under the authority of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty.

Three recruitment paths

The decree simultaneously opens three distinct examinations, intended to diversify the profiles recruited:

  • an external examination with a legal and economic focus;
  • an external examination with a scientific and technological focus;
  • an internal examination.

The number of places offered for these examinations, as well as the volume of positions reserved for beneficiaries of the military invalidity pensions and war victims code, and via the contractual route for beneficiaries of the employment obligation provided for in Article L. 351-1 of the General Code of the Public Service, will be the subject of a subsequent decree published in the Official Journal.

Candidates register via the “ATPlus” online procedure, accessible at https://dgccrf.concours-examens.fr/atplus.php?prog=canins, via the DGCCRF “GECI” intranet or the ministerial examinations portal.
