Once the examination phase was completed, the posts were offered by resolution of 20 July 2026 (DOCM number 140, of 24 July 2026), and the successful candidates submitted their applications for posts and the required documentation in accordance with the eleventh rule of the call, which has enabled the appointment and definitive allocation of posts.

- Miguel Pérez Sarrión (order number 2).
- Mirian Jiménez Benítez (order number 3).
Taking possession
The appointed persons must take possession of the post within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the resolution in the DOCM. Against it, an administrative contentious appeal may be lodged before the Administrative Litigation Division of the High Court of Justice of Castilla-La Mancha within two months of its publication, and, on an optional basis, an appeal for reconsideration before the aforementioned Directorate General within one month, in accordance with Articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
With these appointments, the Legal Office of the Presidency of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha strengthens its staff of career legal counsel in the Central Services of Toledo, consolidating the legal service that advises and defends the regional administration following a selection process initiated in December 2024 and which now culminates in the effective incorporation of the new staff.
