Three municipalities of Guadalajara approve their 2026 budgets

The plenary sessions of the city councils of Ocentejo, Peralveche, and Torremocha del Campo have initially approved their general budgets for the 2026 fiscal year, along with the execution bases and the personnel staffing plan, according to the announcements published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Guadalajara number 169, dated September 3, 2026. The three files will be open for public inspection for fifteen business days for the submission of claims.

The processing is carried out under Article 169.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, which approves the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries, which regulates the public information period for municipal budgets. If no objections are submitted during the exhibition period, the budgets will be considered definitively approved.

Approval in Ocentejo

The Plenary of the Municipal Corporation of Ocentejo, in an ordinary session held on March 15, 2026, initially approved the General Budget for the 2026 fiscal year. The file may be examined at the City Council Secretariat during the period of fifteen business days, starting from the day following the publication of the announcement.

Double fiscal year in Peralveche

The City Council of Peralveche initially approved, in an ordinary Plenary session on June 21, 2026, the general budgets for the 2025 and 2026 fiscal years, along with the execution bases and the personnel staffing plan. The file is available for inspection at the municipal Secretariat for fifteen business days for the submission of claims before the Plenary.

Torremocha del Campo and the electronic office

The Plenary of Torremocha del Campo, in an ordinary session on August 31, 2026, initially approved the General Budget for the 2026 fiscal year, in accordance with Article 169 of the Revised Text of the Law Regulating Local Treasuries and Article 20 of Royal Decree 500/1990, of April 20. In addition to in-person consultation at the municipal offices, the file will be available on the City Council’s electronic office.
