Three firms enter bankruptcy proceedings in Seville, Tenerife and Valencia.

The Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME), issue 156 of Friday, August 14, 2026, publishes the registration of the declaration of insolvency of three companies: Talento Al-Andalus SL (in liquidation), Promociones Lesan Tenerife SL and Sanllo World Group SL (in liquidation). The court orders, issued by the commercial instance courts of Seville, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Valencia, are recorded in the First Section of the gazette, dedicated to acts of business owners.

The First Section of the BORME gives official publicity to acts registered in the provincial mercantile registries, including the insolvency status of companies. The three proceedings are voluntary and final insolvency proceedings, according to the entries made on August 6 and 7, 2026 in the corresponding registry records.

Three proceedings, three courts

• Talento Al-Andalus SL (in liquidation) — voluntary insolvency proceedings 378/2026, with court order of June 1, 2026 from the Commercial Instance Court of Seville, Section 1, presided over by Magistrate Francisco Javier Carretero Espinosa de los Monteros. The suspension of management and disposal powers is ordered, and the opening of the liquidation phase is registered. The insolvency administration falls to Summa Iuris Concursal SLP (Tax ID B40620395), represented by Alberto Fraguas Gutiérrez, and sole administrator Vicente Ferrer Barros Iglesias ceases.
• Promociones Lesan Tenerife SL — voluntary insolvency proceedings 40/2026, with court order of April 24, 2026 from the Commercial Section of the Instance Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Court 1, presided over by Magistrate Néstor Padilla Díaz. The company, with Tax ID B38867206 and registered address at Camino del Mar 16, Santa Úrsula, retains its management and disposal powers, subject to oversight by the insolvency administration FBM Abogados y Economistas SLP (Tax ID B01922228), appointed on May 5, 2026.
• Sanllo World Group SL (in liquidation) — voluntary insolvency proceedings 593/2026, with court order of July 14, 2026 from the Commercial Section of the Instance Court of Valencia, Court 4, presided over by Magistrate Francisco Gil Monzó. Sole administrator Roberto Sancristóbal Llobell ceases, acting as sole liquidator, and judicial dissolution is ordered.

Registered effects: suspension, intervention and liquidation

The registered powers regime differs in each case. In Talento Al-Andalus the order fully suspends the powers of administration and disposal over the assets, and the company enters the liquidation phase. In Promociones Lesan Tenerife the debtor retains those powers, but their exercise is subject to the intervention of the insolvency administration, which must authorize or approve them. In Sanllo World Group the declaration of insolvency is accompanied by judicial dissolution and the appointment of a sole liquidator, with the company remaining in liquidation.

Registration in the BORME makes the insolvency resolutions opposable against third parties and sets the starting point for creditors, suppliers and workers in Seville, Tenerife and Valencia to learn the true situation of the three companies and defend their claims in the open proceedings.
