Trasmiras presents two municipal works to the public for 80,145 euros

The Trasmiras City Council approved by Mayoral agreement on October 6, 2026, two construction projects: the “Repair of the Muíño road” and the “Nitrate reduction system in the Vilardelebres reservoir”. The announcement was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense on October 16, 2026, in section IV, Local Entities, with reference R. 2.451. Both projects are open for public inspection at the City Council Secretariat for 15 business days so that interested parties may submit any allegations or claims they deem appropriate.

The publication opens the public information process provided for municipal construction projects. According to the announcement, the 15-business-day period is counted from the day following the publication in the provincial gazette and, once elapsed without claims, the approval will become final. The agreement was electronically signed by the Mayor’s Office of Trasmiras, a council that has already published other announcements in the same gazette this month, such as the correction of errors in the selection process for an administrative assistant position corresponding to the 2025 public employment offer.

Two projects and their budgets

• “Repair of the Muíño road”: material execution budget of 26,489.60 euros, plus 5,562.82 euros in VAT.
• “Nitrate reduction system in the Vilardelebres reservoir”: material execution budget of 39,746.00 euros, plus 8,346.66 euros in VAT.
• Joint amount of the two actions, VAT included: 80,145.08 euros.
• Project authorship: José Gabriel Carrajo López, civil engineer.

The two interventions respond to different areas of the municipal network: on one hand, the conservation of a rural road; on the other, the treatment of supply water in a reservoir, with a specific system to reduce the concentration of nitrates.

Fifteen business days for allegations

• Exhibition period: 15 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ourense.
• Place of consultation: Secretariat of the Trasmiras City Council.
• Eligible parties: potential interested parties or those affected by the works.
• Effect: if no claims are submitted, the approval of the projects becomes final.

The process allows any person affected by the works to consult the technical documentation and express objections before the approval becomes firm, which may introduce modifications to the project or its execution.

Technical authorship and municipal processing

The two projects were drafted by José Gabriel Carrajo López, civil engineer, as stated in the announcement itself. The initial approval corresponded to the Mayor’s Office, while the public exhibition is carried out in the municipal Secretariat, the department to which allegations must be addressed.

The announcement closes with the electronic signature of the mayor, Emilio José Pazos Ojea, who has already signed other municipal communications this same month in the provincial bulletin.

The publication of these two projects places Trasmiras before two actions of a different nature but complementary: the improvement of road accessibility in rural areas and the guarantee of the quality of drinking water. For the residents, the period of 15 business days is the only window to review the documents and question, if applicable, the budgets or technical solutions before the works are definitively approved.
