The Office of Transparency, Integrity, and Participation has ordered the publication of the declarations of activities, assets, and income of public officials, assimilated positions, and temporary staff of the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha. The resolution, signed in Toledo on October 1, 2026, by the director of the Office, Julio García Moreno, appears in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM) number 195, dated October 9, 2026, under reference 2026/7167.
The dissemination is supported by Article 15 of Law 4/2024, of July 19, on Public Integrity of Castilla-La Mancha, which grants the Office of Transparency, Integrity, and Participation the authority to agree upon the publication of declarations in the DOCM and on the Transparency Portal. Article 5 of the same law requires public or assimilated officials to submit the declaration in accordance with Articles 20 and 34 of Law 11/2003, of September 25, on the Government and the Consultative Council of Castilla-La Mancha, and extends this obligation to spouses or persons with a similar relationship of effective cohabitation.
The first additional provision of Law 4/2024 extends this requirement to temporary staff regulated in Article 12 of Law 4/2011, of March 10, on Public Employment of Castilla-La Mancha. The declarations now disseminated correspond to those who were appointed or dismissed between July 1 and September 30, 2026, along with the annual filings due since the last submission.

The annex of the resolution lists 352 people required to declare. The majority, 336, submitted the annual declaration; the remainder are divided among changes in administrative status during the quarter:
