Tossa de Mar tenders the lease of a premises of 100 to 150 m²

The Tossa de Mar City Council has announced a public tender for the lease of a real estate property located within the municipal district, with a built area of between 100 and 150 m² and a bidding price of €550.00 per month (plus VAT). The call was agreed upon in a session of the Local Government Board, by delegation of the Mayor’s Office, on August 19, 2026, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 163, dated August 25, 2026, with official reference BOP-2026_0_163_7497 (file 81/2026).

Object and conditions of the tender

The object of the tender is the lease of a real estate property through an open procedure, with the aim of facilitating pedestrian access for users. The main conditions that the premises must meet are as follows:

• Surface area: between 100 and 150 m² built.
• Location: within the municipal district, with a preference for the old town.
• Services: basic utilities in operation (water, electricity, and restroom).
• Economic consideration: bidding price of €550.00 per month (plus VAT), set according to the market valuation of the technical services.

Deadline and submission of bids

The deadline for the submission of bids is 15 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province. Submission shall be made exclusively by electronic means, through the Public Sector Procurement Platform.

The announcement is digitally signed by the mayor, Martí Pujals Castelló, and can be verified at the electronic office of the Tossa de Mar City Council.
