Toro modifies the public domain usage fee

The Plenary Session of the Toro City Council (Zamora), in an ordinary session held on August 31, 2026, agreed to approve the modification of the fiscal ordinance regulating the tax for the private use or special exploitation of the local public domain of electrical energy, gas, water, and hydrocarbon transport facilities within the municipality. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Zamora, number 107, dated September 14, 2026 (p. 11), within section III of Local Administration.
In order to comply with the provisions of article 49.b) of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, the file is submitted for public information for a period of thirty days, counted from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the official gazette. During this period, interested parties may examine the file and submit any claims they deem appropriate.

The reform affects the tax levied on the occupation of the local public domain by transport infrastructures for essential services. The updated text regulates the conditions for private use or special exploitation of municipal public-use assets by said facilities.
