The final list of admitted applicants consists of five names, who will undergo the selection tests:

For its part, the list of excluded candidates includes a single applicant, Miguel Ángel García Ballesteros Ortiz, for reason A: failure to comply with the requirement demanded in the second basis, section c), of those governing the call. The resolution orders the publication of the final list of excluded candidates, indicating the causes, on the notice board and on the municipal website, while the final list of admitted candidates and the composition of the board will be displayed through those same channels.

Applicants must arrive in appropriate sportswear and with their ID (DNI), and present before the test a medical certificate issued no more than thirty days prior stating that they are fit to perform it.
Administrative route and appeals
The resolution concludes the administrative route. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the Mayor’s Office-Presidency within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal within two months before the Contentious-Administrative Section of the Court of First Instance of Ciudad Real, without prejudice to any other deemed appropriate. The announcement is signed by the Mayor in Tomelloso, on October 28, 2026.
The publication closes the screening phase of the call and opens the examination calendar for a process reserved for internal promotion, so that the force’s staff will know in a few weeks which officers access the officer scale and with which tribunal any eventual allegations during the tests should be addressed.
