Toledo publishes admitted candidates and sets the date for the tourism technician pool exam

The Toledo City Council has published the final list of admitted and excluded applicants in the selection process for the establishment of the job bank for tourism technician (Subgroup A2/Professional Group II), as well as the composition of the qualifying board and the date of the first test. The call, processed under Resolution No. 5071 of June 5, 2026, appears in the Official Gazette of the Province of Toledo, number 166, of September 1, 2026.

The process is framed within Bases 4.1 and 4.2 of the call and is resolved by virtue of the powers conferred by the Agreement of the Local Government Board of June 26, 2023. The resolution, signed on August 28, 2026, bears registration number No. I.- 3919 and verification code 2026.00003919.

First test

The first test of the selection process will be held on September 4, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. at the Centro Social Polivalente de Santa María de Benquerencia, located at calle Río Bullaque, 45007 Toledo. The resolution orders the announcement of the call and is signed by the Councilor for Mobility, Transport, Interior and Personnel, Ignacio José Jiménez Gómez, and by the Secretary General of Government, Fernando Payo Sánchez-Garrido.

The establishment of this job bank will allow the Toledo City Council to swiftly cover temporary needs that may arise for the position of tourism technician, a key profile for the promotion of the city, which has been declared a World Heritage site. Admitted candidates must arrive punctually for the test with the required documentation, as the final list closes the application correction phase.
