Toledo corrige el listado de aspirantes excluidos de Policía Local

The Toledo City Council has rectified the provisional list of excluded applicants from the selection process to fill a Local Police vacancy, after noting material errors in the original resolution. The correction, signed by the Secretary General of Government, Fernando Payo Sánchez-Garrido, is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Toledo and affects the causes for exclusion of several candidates.

The rectification refers to resolution no. 7710, dated August 21, 2026, published in BOP no. 165 on August 31, 2026, which approved the provisional list of admitted and excluded applicants for the selection process convened by Resolution no. 5983, dated June 29, 2026. The process seeks to fill a position in the Basic scale, Police category of the Local Police Corps, of the civil service personnel of the Toledo City Council. The correction is adopted by virtue of the powers delegated by Agreement of the Local Government Board on June 26, 2023.

The noted errors

The City Council detected that the original list of excluded applicants contained incorrect causes for exclusion for several candidates. The correction resolution entirely replaces the table published in August, such that the corrected version becomes the valid reference for the process.

Changes in the causes for exclusion

The correction modifies the cause for exclusion for eight of the fifteen applicants listed:

  • Díaz Bravo, Miguel (*4586): from F to D
  • Herraiz Mayordomo, María (*5940): from A to F
  • Martín Arriero, Marta (*2503): from F to D
  • Mendoza Velásquez, Katherine Julexi (*4570): from D to D, F
  • Ruiz Ruiz, Belén (*1251): from E to D
  • Santos-Orejón Sánchez, Diego (*9256): from A to F
  • Vallejo Vallejo, Julia (*9396): from D to D, F
  • Vera Martínez, Isidro Juan (*1568): from A, D to A

The remaining applicants maintain their cause for exclusion without changes.

Relevance of the procedure

The correction of material errors is a common procedure in selection processes and does not alter the competition calendar, but it is decisive for the affected candidates, as the cause for exclusion can condition their status in the process. Applicants should pay close attention to the corrected version of the list to verify their status before the final admission phase is resolved.

The publication of this rectification guarantees the legal certainty of the selection process and allows applicants to know their situation exactly. Those affected by a change in their cause for exclusion must review the documentation provided to regularize their participation in the competition.
