Teruel appoints the examining board for the Social Educator competitive examination

The Teruel City Council has modified and designated the qualifying board for the open competitive examination called for the selection, as permanent contractual staff, of two Social Educator positions. The decision was adopted via Mayoral-Presidency Decree No. 4540/2026, dated September 8, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel on September 11, 2026, issue number 174, under reference No. 2026-2640.

The resolution is issued within administrative file No. 5705/2025/TE, conducted in relation to the public employment selection process. The new decree modifies, solely and exclusively regarding its fourth provision, Mayoral-Presidency Decree No. 1443/2026, dated March 20, which had initially established the composition of the selection body.

Composition of the qualifying board

The board consists of a president, four members, and a secretary, each with their corresponding substitute, according to the following designation:

• President: Mr. Leyre Sainz García (titular) and Mr. Martín Del Castillo García (substitute).
• Member: Ms. Rocío Ibáñez Giménez (titular) and Ms. Yolanda García Lanzuela (substitute).
• Member: Ms. Alicia Martín Sánchez (titular) and Ms. Raquel Soler Vicente (substitute).
• Member: Ms. Rosa González Rodríguez (titular) and Ms. Victoria Blasco Debón (substitute).
• Secretary: Ms. Ana Ortiz Ortiz (titular) and Ms. María Pilar Manzano Sánchez (substitute).

Processing and publication

Secondly, the decree provides for the notification of the resolution to the members of the qualifying board. Thirdly, it orders its publication in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel, on the Notice Board, and on the Teruel City Council website, thereby ensuring the dissemination of the process among the applicants.

The document appears electronically signed on September 9, 2026, by the Personnel and General Services Technician, Mr. Álvaro Moya Tartaj, and is inserted in the Local Administration section, Municipalities subsection, of the provincial gazette.
