Teruel opens the public comment period for a tire shop in the PAZ industrial estate

The Teruel City Council has opened the public information process for the environmental license for classified activities requested by First Stop Southwest SA Unipersonal for an establishment dedicated to tire sales, washing, lubrication, and a vehicle repair workshop, located in the PAZ industrial estate, plot 185, Berlín Street. The announcement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel number 163, dated August 27, 2026, under reference No. 2026-2324.

The file, processed in the City Council’s Licensing Unit under number 16/2026/LAC, is subject to public exhibition in compliance with Article 77.3 of Law 11/2014, of December 4, on Environmental Prevention and Protection of Aragon. The objective is to allow those who consider themselves affected by the activity to submit any observations they deem appropriate before the authorization is resolved.

Deadline and method for submitting allegations

Interested parties have a period of fifteen calendar days, which will be counted from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province and on the City Council’s Notice Board.
