Telefónica requests authorization to install conduits for the new Teruel hospital

The Official Gazette of the Province of Teruel publishes this Monday, September 14, 2026, in issue 2026-2656, the announcement from the Most Excellent City Council of Teruel by which the application from Telefónica de España, S.A.U. to obtain a special authorization on non-developable land for the construction of the piping for the new Teruel hospital is submitted for public information. The application, which bears the reference 8847220 4137687, has resulted in case file 354/2026/OBRA.

The processing is carried out under Article 36 of Legislative Decree 1/2014, of July 8, which approves the Recast Text of the Urban Planning Law of Aragon. The announcement was signed on September 11, 2026, by the City Council’s Works License Technician, Ms. Esther Esteban Fuertes.
