TDLC calls public hearing for modification of ProREP statutes

The Court for the Defense of Free Competition (TDLC) will hold a public hearing on October 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM, for case file Rol NC No. 572-26, which processes the request from ProREP to modify the statutes approved by Reports No. 27/2022 and No. 38/2025 and the bidding terms. The resolution scheduling the hearing was issued on September 16, 2026, and is published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Chile No. 44,564, dated Friday, October 2, 2026, Section I, page 1, with official reference CVE 2880030.

The summons is issued in the proceedings titled “Request from ProREP for the modification of statutes approved by Reports No. 27/2022 and No. 38/2025 and bidding terms.” The hearing corresponds to that established in number 3) of Article 31 of DL No. 211 and will take place at the Court’s premises.

The scheduling of the hearing opens the stage in which third parties who have already provided evidence may present their position before the Court rules on the statutes and the bidding terms.
