Tarragona puts the renovation project for the Bonavista premises on public exhibition

The Tarragona City Council has initially approved the renovation project for the premises located at number 43 Vint-i-dos Street in Bonavista, Tarragona, intended to house the new offices of the Tarragona Municipal Social Services Institute (IMSST) and an open center. The project has a total amount of 246,270.97 euros and is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Tarragona on November 5, 2026 (CVE 2026-10087), which opens a public exhibition period of 30 business days.

The announcement is not yet the tender for the works, but the previous step: the initial approval of the project and its submission for public information, a necessary procedure before the execution of the works can be contracted. The administrative file is 2026/595-G626 and its processing corresponds to the Contracting, Purchasing and Grants Service of the Tarragona City Council, within procedure G626 for the preparation, management and awarding of contracts.

The initial approval of the project was agreed by resolution of the deputy mayor coordinator of the Area of Finance, Internal Services and Technology dated October 19, 2026.
