Tardelcuende auctions two heritage plots in El Molino and San Gregorio

The Town Council of Tardelcuende (Soria) has called a public auction for the disposal of two plots of land from its municipal assets, located on El Molino, 1, and San Gregorio, 11 streets. The notice is formalized by Mayoralty Resolution No. 2026-0160, of August 7, 2026, and is published in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Soria number 93, of Wednesday, August 12, 2026, with the official reference BOPSO-93-12082026.

The assets are put up for sale by auction procedure, the ordinary channel for the disposal of real estate assets owned by local entities. Both plots are considered heritage assets, i.e., they are not assigned to public use or service, and their sale is processed in accordance with the municipal asset disposal regime. The mayor, Ricardo Corredor Álvarez, signs the notice in Tardelcuende on August 7, 2026.

Two plots in the urban area

The properties subject to the auction are two plots of municipal urban land:

• Plot at El Molino, 1, classified as a heritage asset.
• Plot at San Gregorio, 11, also of a heritage nature.

The notice does not detail the bidding type for each property, a detail set out in the Particular Conditions Document of the auction, the document governing the disposal.

Deadline and procedure for submitting bids

The deadline for submitting bids is 10 calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the notice in the Official Bulletin of the Province of Soria; with the publication on August 12, the count begins on August 13. Bids may be submitted in two ways:

• Through the electronic office of the Town Council of Tardelcuende.
• Physically, at the registry assistance office of the Town Council itself.
