Beneficiaries and Purpose
Citizen entities registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of the Seville City Council whose registered office or territorial delegation is located within the South District may apply for the grants, a requirement that must be met from the submission of the application and maintained throughout the financial year. In case of contradiction between the registered address and that of the application, the one appearing in the Registry shall prevail.
The call finances general operating expenses for the period between January 1 and August 31, 2026, limited to the following headquarters concepts:
- Rent of the registered office or territorial delegation in the South District.
- Electricity consumption.
- Telephone and internet connection expenses.
Inventoriable expenses and investments, meals or protocolary attentions, the acquisition of stationery, computer consumables, bulletins, magazines, newspapers or websites, as well as any other expense of a nature different from those listed, are expressly excluded.
Amount and Limits of the Grants
The grants will be awarded charged to the budgetary application 01715-33402-48900 of the current municipal budget, for a total amount of €12,296.00, with a time limit of the year 2026. They will be granted according to the scoring of the admitted applications, up to the limit of the available credit.
The amount of each grant may not exceed the following limits:
- It shall not be higher than €1,000.00 proven with supply invoices from January to August 2026, nor lower than €100.00.
- It may not exceed the amount validly proven during the processing by the Processing Unit.
The grant is incompatible with other subsidies, grants, or resources for the same purpose coming from any administration or public or private entity, national, European Union, or international.
Submission Deadline
Applications and accompanying documentation may be submitted from September 1 to September 20, 2026, both inclusive, following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Seville. Only applications submitted in a timely and proper manner will be admitted for processing.
The call is governed by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Law on Subsidies, its implementing Regulation approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, the General Ordinance of regulatory bases for subsidies of the Seville City Council, and the execution bases of the current budget.
