Public auction for the harvesting of chestnuts in Corullón

The Corullón City Council (León) has called for a public ascending auction for the forestry harvesting of chestnuts for the year 2026, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of León number 175, dated September 14, 2026. The tender, processed by the municipality’s Mayor’s Office, starts from a base price of 200.00 euros and will be resolved based on the sole criterion of the highest economic offer.

The call, signed by the mayor-president, Mr. Luis Alberto Arias González, on September 11, 2026, is part of file number 690/2026 and offers a business opportunity for the agricultural and forestry sector of the Bierzo region.

Object and characteristics of the lot

The object of the contract is a single lot consisting of the chestnut trees located on the estate with cadastral reference N.R.C. 24061A003001610000XX, delimited in red in the graphic contained in the Particular Administrative Clauses Document (PCAP). The area marked in yellow is reserved for activities promoted by the City Council itself.

Submission of offers and opening

Proposals shall be submitted in two sealed envelopes, which will be included in a larger one, signed and containing the bidder’s name and telephone number, as well as the address for notification purposes and the legend indicated in the PCAP. The submission period is 7 calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of León.

The opening of the economic offers will take place at the municipal offices between the third and fifth day following the end of the proposal submission period. The date and time will be published on the City Council’s Transparency Portal, without prejudice to other means of publicity.
