Public ascending auction of 175 rural properties in the province of Segovia

The Delegation of Economy and Finance of Segovia, under the Ministry of Finance, has announced a public ascending auction of 175 rural properties located in numerous municipalities of the province. The event will take place on December 19, 2025, at 09:30 hours in the Assembly Hall of the Delegation, at calle Cronista Ildefonso Rodríguez n.º 1 in Segovia, according to the resolution published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Segovia number 144, dated December 1, 2025 (reference RC-15993).

The call, signed on November 25, 2025, by the Delegate of Economy and Finance, Francisco Javier Martín Malho, is part of the management of State assets. Each property has a starting price (minimum price) and requires a deposit of 5% of that amount to participate in the bidding.

Properties and affected municipalities

The 175 plots are distributed across more than twenty municipal districts of the province, with widely varying sizes and starting prices. Among the municipalities with the highest number of properties are:

• Aldeanueva de la Serrezuela, with dozens of plots in its polygons 2 to 12.
• Sacramenia, with more than twenty properties in polygons 1 to 20.
• Cobos de Fuentidueña, Torreadrada, Honrubia de la Cuesta, and Zarzuela del Pinar.
• Also Aldea Real, Lastras de Cuéllar, Puebla de Pedraza, Rebollo, Muñoveros, Valdevacas y Guijar, Cabezuela, Cantalejo, Valdesimonte, Torrecilla del Pinar, Fuentesoto, Navalilla, Fuentidueña, Valles de Fuentidueña, San Miguel de Bernuy, Castrojimeno, and Perosillo.

Starting prices range from just €30.66 (a plot in Torreadrada) to €45,569.58 for the most expensive property, in Honrubia de la Cuesta. Other notable plots exceed €20,000 in Sacramenia.

The specifications governing the auction are available to interested parties at the State Assets Section of the Delegation (telephone 921 466 613) and on the Ministry’s website (www.hacienda.gob.es), in the auctions section.

• Access to the public event will be by prior appointment, given the limited capacity of the room.
• Appointments are requested by email (DEHSegoviaPatrimonio@igae.hacienda.gob.es) or by telephone (921 466 613).
• Priority access will be given to bidders until the permitted capacity is reached.

Relevance for the province

The auction represents an opportunity for farmers, owners, and bidders interested in rural land in the province, who will be able to acquire plots at very accessible starting prices in rural areas. The operation, managed by the Ministry of Finance, contributes to the disposal of State assets and the reactivation of the agricultural land market in Segovia.
