SPRI has published the list of beneficiaries of the 2025 grants for the Elkartu program

SPRI – Basque Business Development Agency has published the list of beneficiaries and the amounts of the grants awarded within the 2025 call of the Elkartu program. The publication was made through the Resolution of September 8, 2026, by Nagore Bonilla Gabarain, Director of Internationalization of the agency, and was included in issue number 2026/3976 of the Boletín Oficial del País Vasco on September 22, 2026. A total of 16 organizations received aid, with a total amount of 545,693.21 euros.

The purpose of the Resolution is to comply with the principle of publicity that must prevail in the granting of public subsidies, as provided for in Article 26 of Law 20/2023 of December 21, which regulates the Subsidy Regime. Consequently, the list of granted subsidies must be published in the official gazette.

The published list was approved by a Resolution of the agency’s general director on September 24, 2025, and that resolution was published in issue number 194 of the BOPV gazette on October 13, 2025. Now, nearly a year later, the names of the beneficiaries, file numbers, and amounts have been disclosed.

What has been published and how

The annex contains three pieces of data for each beneficiary: the file number, the name of the beneficiary organization, and the amount of the grant awarded. The file codes range from ELK-2025-00002 to ELK-2025-00016, and there is no file numbered ELK-2025-00001 in the published list.

Beneficiaries and amounts

• Asociación Española de Empresas Armeras (ELK-2025-00002): 60,000.00 euros.
• Asociación Empresarios Vascos en Cuba (AEVC) (ELK-2025-00003): 54,420.00 euros.
• Asociación de Empresas de Software Libre de Euskadi (ELK-2025-00004): 25,284.80 euros.
• EPE Ibaia Asociación (ELK-2025-00005): 12,996.00 euros.
• Burdinola, S. Coop. (ELK-2025-00006): 41,211.00 euros.
• Camara del Libro de Euskadi (ELK-2025-00007): 26,100.00 euros.
• Fluidex (ELK-2025-00008): 60,000.00 euros.
• Asociación Bilbao Urban & Cities Design – Urbanismo y Ciudades (ELK-2025-00009): 3,600.00 euros.
• Agrupación Española de Exportadores de Maquinaria Agricola – Agragex (ELK-2025-00010): 60,000.00 euros.
• Ondarreta Mesas y Sillas, S.L. (ELK-2025-00011): 52,500.00 euros.
• Soluciones de Equipamientos Hospitalarios, S.L. (ELK-2025-00012): 55,500.00 euros.
• Balaitous Hospitality, S.L. (ELK-2025-00013): 26,595.00 euros.
• Urrestarazu Metalworking, S.L. (ELK-2025-00014): 4,320.00 euros.
• Alianza Industrial GET Goierri Basque Country Elkartea (ELK-2025-00015): 44,205.90 euros.
• Liftra, S.L. (ELK-2025-00016): 18,960.51 euros.

Distribution of amounts

Three beneficiaries received the maximum amount, 60,000 euros: Asociación Española de Empresas Armeras, Fluidex, and Agrupación Española de Exportadores de Maquinaria Agricola – Agragex. The next largest grants were for the organizations Soluciones de Equipamientos Hospitalarios, S.L. (55,500 euros) and Asociación Empresarios Vascos en Cuba (54,420 euros).

On the other hand, the smallest amounts were received by the organizations Asociación Bilbao Urban & Cities Design (3,600 euros), Urrestarazu Metalworking, S.L. (4,320 euros), and EPE Ibaia Asociación (12,996 euros). Associations and clusters are predominant among the beneficiaries, although there is also one cooperative and several limited companies.

Internationalization objective

The Elkartu program is aimed at companies and associations with internationalization objectives and is managed by SPRI’s Directorate of Internationalization. The published lists provide a detailed map of public aid for the external expansion of the Basque productive fabric for the 2025 event.

Making this list public is essential for transparency in the use of public funds: citizens and sector stakeholders can know which organizations received aid and how much, allowing for the evaluation of competition and resource distribution in future calls.
