Notice of Resolution and Publication
SPRI-Basque Business Development Agency (SPRI) publishes the list of beneficiaries of grants for the 2025 call of the “Ekintzaile +” support programme. The resolution was signed by the General Director, JON ANSOLEAGA UGARTE, on 30 July 2026, and was published on 18 August 2026 in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country (BOPV), under number 2026/3646, in the Other Provisions section.
This publication responds to the principle of publicity, as required by Article 26 of Law 20/2023, of 21 December, which stipulates that all allocations of public subsidies must be made known in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country. This law regulates the Subsidies Regime and establishes the following provisions to ensure transparency.
Programme Background and Legal Basis
The call for the Ekintzaile+ programme was approved on 12 June 2025, by means of a Resolution of the General Director of SPRI, and was published in the Official Gazette of the Basque Country in the following days, in issue 120, on 26 June 2025. This programme is aimed at supporting new companies and innovative startups, with the aim of financing innovation projects.
The new resolution, however, does not alter the content of the programme; its purpose is to publicly disclose which entities have received the grants, specifying the file number, the name of the organisation, and the amount of the sum awarded.
