Soto de la Vega allocates 21,000 euros for school supply grants

The Soto de la Vega City Council has announced grants for the acquisition of textbooks and school supplies for the 2026-2027 academic year, with a budget of 21,000 euros and a application period of twenty business days. Beneficiaries and purpose of the grants

Beneficiaries may be students enrolled in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or Compulsory Secondary Education who are registered as residents in the municipality of Soto de la Vega, provided they meet the requirements established in the regulatory ordinance and in the call itself.

The purpose of the call is the granting of aid intended to finance the acquisition of textbooks and school supplies for the 2026-2027 academic year, so that families registered with children schooled in these stages can cover part of the start-of-year expenses.

Amount and application period

The credit allocated to this call amounts to 21,000.00 euros, charged to the budgetary application 231.480.00 of the General Budget of the Soto de la Vega City Council for the 2026 fiscal year.

The period for submitting applications will be twenty business days, counted from the day following the publication of the summary in the Official Gazette of the Province of León, that is, from September 29, 2026.

Applications must be submitted using the standardized form provided in the call, accompanied by the documentation required therein.
