Solosancho opens procedure to deregulate public domain lands
Por FactBox Admin

The Solosancho City Council has initially approved the file for the decommissioning of public domain movable assets corresponding to an adjacent plot of land located at Carretera de Ávila no. 5 and no. 7 Robledillo, in the municipality of Solosancho (Ávila). The decision, adopted by agreement of the Plenary dated June 26, 2026, was made public via an announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ávila on August 28, 2026, number 1728/26.
With the initial approval, a public information process is opened for a period of one month, during which the file will be available to those who may be considered interested parties to submit any allegations, suggestions, or claims they deem appropriate.
Purpose of the file
The file processed by the competent services of the City Council affects land adjacent to the public road, identified by the cadastral references of the properties it borders:
- RC 6998308UK3869N0001OE
- RC 6998307UK3869N0001ME
Decommissioning entails the removal of these assets from the municipal public domain, a procedure provided for in the local regime and public administration heritage regulations, which requires the processing of a file with public information prior to final approval.
How to participate
During the one-month period, the file may be consulted through two channels:
- At the physical offices of the Solosancho City Council.
- Through the council’s electronic office.
Persons who consider themselves interested parties may appear and present as many allegations, suggestions, or claims as they deem convenient within that period, which will be calculated from the publication of the announcement in the official gazette.
Signature and processing
The announcement, dated in Solosancho on August 20, 2026, is signed by the mayor, Jesús Martín García. The initial approval opens the allegations phase prior to the final resolution of the file, which must take into account the observations submitted during the public information process.
The publication in the BOP of Ávila guarantees the publicity of the procedure and the right of affected parties to know and participate in the processing, in line with the principles of transparency governing the management of municipal heritage.
