Solarana puts the lease of 18 rustic estates out to tender

The Solarana City Council has opened a public tender for the lease of 18 rustic properties under its ownership, classified as patrimonial assets in the municipal inventory. The tender is processed through an open procedure via a scoring competition, with a lease term of five years ending on October 4, 2031, according to the announcement published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos, number 164, dated August 31, 2026.

The decision was adopted by the Plenary of the Solarana City Council in an ordinary session held on August 17, 2026, during which the specifications governing the award of the contract were approved. The announcement, signed by Mayor Ginebra Angulo Manso, is included in section III of Local Administration of the gazette and bears the official reference BOPBUR-2026-03603.

Object of the contract and bidding prices

The object of the contract is the lease of municipal rustic properties, whose minimum bidding prices total 10,417.56 euros. Among the offered plots, the following stand out for their size and value:

Trampalejo (plot 33, 20.50 ha): 3,620.50 euros.
Trasmonte-Masa común (plot 18, 11.00 ha): 1,761.00 euros.
Las Conejeras (plot 32, 4.70 ha): 741.00 euros.
Las Casillas (plot 105, 4.01 ha): 738.00 euros.
La Beatriz (plot 13, 3.65 ha): 671.16 euros.
La Perala (plot 112, 3.00 ha): 549.00 euros.
La Sierra (plot 267, 2.82 ha): 503.00 euros.
Panal de Cera (plot 104, 2.51 ha): 450.00 euros.

The remaining properties, such as Los Llanos, El Callejón, Las Estobas, La Cabañuela, Carrejudíos, El Terrero, Pozo La Turquilla, La Solana, Paraje El Pozuelo, and La Horca, have bidding prices ranging between 7.00 and 220.00 euros, depending on their area and characteristics.

Submission of bids and processing

The processing is ordinary and is carried out through an open procedure via a scoring competition. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope within fifteen calendar days starting from the day following the publication of the tender announcement in the Official Gazette of the Province of Burgos.

The contracting committee will be constituted at the Solarana City Council starting from the fifth business day after the deadline for the submission of bids, or in any case, the following Monday. The obligations and expenses required of the contractor are detailed in the specifications.

Documentation and information

The required documentation shall be that demanded in the specifications, which will be available to interested parties at the municipal offices from 10:00 to 14:00 on Mondays, and from 15:00 to 16:30 on Thursdays. The base tender budget corresponds to the minimum set forth in the tender rates table for each property.

The call for applications represents an opportunity for farmers and livestock breeders in the area, who may access plots of various sizes and values under a lease agreement for five years, contributing to the enhancement of the municipal rural heritage and local agricultural activity.
