Socuéllamos reconstitutes the Administrative Collection Assistant tribunal

The Socuéllamos City Council has reconstituted the qualifying tribunal for the selection process to fill, as permanent contractual staff, one position as Administrative Assistant for Collection, convened via the competition-examination system and included in the 2024 Public Employment Offer. The decision was adopted by Mayoral Decree no. 2026-2025, dated September 2, 2026, and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 169, dated September 3, 2026.

The modification is due to the inability of some of the members of the evaluating body to attend, as stated in the decree itself. The new composition replaces that established by Mayoral Decree no. 2026-1653, dated July 22, 2026, which had already adjusted the tribunal for this same selection process.

New composition of the tribunal

The qualifying body is configured with a president, a secretary, and three members, each with their corresponding titular and substitute:

• President: titular, Mr. Jose Manuel Moral Plaza; substitute, Ms. Estefanía Aquino Salamanca.
• Secretary: titular, Ms. Mª Dolores Escribano Burgos; substitute, Mr. Luis Manuel Camacho Megías.
• Member 1: titular, Ms. Carmen Beatriz Alarcón Torres; substitute, Mr. Antonio Cabero González.
• Member 2: titular, Ms. Mª Soledad del Socorro Lopezosa; substitute, Ms. Eva María Alcolea Medina.
• Member 3: titular, Ms. Ángeles Rus Galindo Girón; substitute, Ms. Lourdes López Buendía.

Publication and effects

The decree orders the publication of the resolution in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real and on the notice board of the Socuéllamos City Council, so that applicants in the selection process may know in advance the identity of those who will compose the body that will evaluate their tests.

The resolution, signed by the mayor María Concepción Arenas Mulet, exhausts the administrative route. An optional appeal for reversal may be filed before the same body within one month, or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the Contentious-Administrative Court of Ciudad Real within two months, in accordance with the provisions of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and Law 29/1998, of July 13.

Relevance for applicants

The reconstitution of the tribunal is a key step to ensure that the competitive examination for the position of Administrative Assistant for Collection can resume with full guarantees, following the adjustments resulting from the lack of availability of some of its members. For candidates registered in the 2024 OEP, knowing the final composition of the qualifying body is essential, as it determines who will evaluate their merits and tests in a process carried out under a competitive concurrence regime.
