Por FactBox Admin

The Plenary Session of the Siruela City Council, in an extraordinary session held on August 31, 2026, agreed to the initial approval of the Internal Regulations of the ATENEO “Siberia Socio-Sanitary” rural collaborative program. The agreement is published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz, number 170, dated September 4, 2026, via Announcement 3504/2026.

The regulations organize a socio-sanitary service of interest for the region of La Siberia, within the framework of a rural collaborative program that coordinates the provision of social and health care in the territory. With this initial approval, the City Council begins the regulatory processing which will culminate, if no objections are presented, with the final approval of the text.

Regulatory Framework and Processing

The initial approval is based on local government regulations. The file is processed in accordance with the provisions of Article 49 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, and Article 56 of the Recast Text of the Legal Provisions in force regarding the Local Regime, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 781/1986, of April 18.

The full text of the regulations is subject to public information for a period of thirty days, calculated from the day following the insertion of the announcement in the provincial gazette.

Period for Objections and Consultation

During the public information period, any interested person may examine the file at the municipal offices and submit any objections they deem appropriate. The full text will also be available for consultation:

  • On the notice board of the electronic headquarters of the Siruela City Council.
  • On the municipal website.

If no claims are presented within the aforementioned period, the agreement for the approval of the regulations will be understood as definitively approved without the need for a new pronouncement by the Plenary.

Signature and Scope

The announcement is digitally signed by the Mayor of Siruela, José Luis Camacho Mora, with the date of the digital signature. The initiative reinforces the municipality’s commitment to a proximity socio-sanitary care model, in a rural regional context where coordination between social and health services is key to the quality of life of the residents.

The final approval of the regulations will provide the ATENEO program with a stable operational framework, with direct implications for the organization of the service and for the users of the La Siberia region, who will see the criteria for access and provision of socio-sanitary care regulated.
