Signify renews its leadership in Spain: Albertín takes the helm and González Sexma steps down

Signify Manufacturing Spain SL has renewed its executive leadership in Spain: its board of directors has removed president Arturo González Sexma and appointed David Albertín Roldán in his place, according to the agreement registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valladolid and published in the Official Gazette of the Mercantile Registry (BORME) on Monday, October 5, 2026. The operation, recorded on September 28, 2026, also includes the departure of two directors and the entry of three new board members.
